Drainage Correction

This Riverbank property had a drainage issue caused by runoff naturally moving toward the neighboring home. During irrigation and especially during heavier rain water from the backyard would travel toward the property line, adding additional water to an area the neighbor was already trying to drain.

We installed a channel drain along the fence line to intercept the runoff before it crossed onto the neighboring property. From there, we installed a dedicated drainage line alongside the existing concrete and routed the captured water from the backyard toward the front of the property.

The completed system keeps the homeowner’s runoff contained on their property, reduces standing water in the problem area, and provides a controlled path for water to move away from the backyard.
